The University of California has sued Jacques Derrida's widow and sons in a dispute over where Derrida's writing will be archived. Read about it here and, if you subscribe to the Chronicle of Higher Education, here.
The dispute evidently turns, in part, on interpretation of a letter Derrida will have sent in 2004.
Oh, but what did the letter that he will have sent say? Any confirmation of the LA Times story about the letter's being about a sexual harassment/anti-consensual relationship-between-supervisor-and-student policy investigation?

I don't know. Thanks for the tip to the LA Times story, which I missed!
