First of all, of course, hurray for the election! Whatever comes of it, I am pleased that American voters have sent a message to the world that we don't want to be the greedy imperialists our high-handed lying government has turned us into.
And hurray for the resignation of Donald Rumsfeld, although imprisonment in Guantánamo would be more appropriate.

Thank you for shouting about Bob Gates, KC. I'm equally horrified. As soon as I heard that name I was having Ollie North flashbacks and thinking, Iran-Contra Bob Gates? Aw, hell no!
